Sunset Syndicate’s principal, Aaron, actively leads every project and believes that leveraging strong project management and building science proficiency results in exceptional outcomes. In the early 2000s, Aaron began as an Architectural Technologist in Vancouver before focusing on design-build contracting. Over the last decade, he has specialized in single-family custom residential projects and joined forces with industry leaders to drive BC’s Passive House movement forward.

Sunset maintains a well-established network of local contractors, suppliers, and consultants across the Lower Mainland and up the Sea-to-Sky corridor, with an emphasis on Vancouver and Whistler.
