Sunset’s passion lies in single-family residential renovations, condo remodelling, and commercial space tenant improvements, but we will explore any opportunity driven by a compelling idea. Since the early 2010s, we’ve been at the forefront of innovative building science, holding LEED AP accreditation in Building Design & Construction, leading the construction of multiple homes certified by the PassivHaus Institute in Austria, and delivering numerous BC Energy Step Code 5 builds.

Sunset provides in-house drafting and design services, either as a standalone offering or integrated into the broader project scope. Aaron’s journey as a CAD tech began with AutoCAD R14 in 1997 - back when layers were revolutionary and MS-DOS command lines ruled - but has since evolved to include 3D modeling and precision detailing & documentation through SketchUp and VectorWorks.
